You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes, this is a self-paced course. When you purchase the course, you will have direct access to the full course.
Online courses are great because you can decide when you want to go through the visual presentation — night or day, weekdays or weekends. You are able to advance through the slides, back up, see a particular slide again and hear the narration that goes with it, or repeat the entire presentation as much as you want.

Are there any required readings?

There is no required reading, but we highly recommend you read some books on the topics such as:
  • The Toyota Way by Jeffrey K. Liker
  • The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt
  • Goldratt's Rules of Flow by Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag


Is it possible to buy coaching sessions with Reynald and/or Philip?

It is possible indeed. Write to us e-learning@marris-consulting.com so that we can get more information about your needs and your challenges.

Are you accredited or licensed by educational organizations?

Our online courses are not accredited or licensed by any educational organizations.

Will I earn a certificate?

Yes, absolutely. The completion of all the lessons of one of our online course leads to a Certificate of Completion. To do so, the little "complete" box on the right bottom corner on each lesson must be ticked. You will receive an email with a download link.

Where can I find my invoice?

Here is how you can quickly access all your invoices: click on your profile (on the top right corner), click on "settings", scroll down to the "Billing" section and finally click on the "view" button next to "Invoices".
